Το σπίτι είναι ένα τυπικό ζακυνθινό αγροτόσπιτο που χτίστηκε πριν από 80-100 περίπου χρόνια. Στο πέρασμα του χρόνου έχει υποστεί πολλές ανακαινίσεις προκειμένου να είναι όσο πιο άνετο γίνεται αλλά χωρίς να αλλοιωθεί η προσωπικότητά του. Βρίσκεται στη μέση ενός ελαιώνα ηλικίας άνω των 600 ετών. Χαρακτηριστικά του είναι η ησυχία, η ηρεμία, η απομόνωση, η γαλήνη. Το οίκημα είναι απομονωμένο, δεν υπάρχουν άλλα σπίτια γύρω ενώ το χωριό βρίσκεται περίπου 250 μέτρα πιο κάτω (τρία λεπτά με τα πόδια).

This modern small studio (15 sq.m.) is en-suite with a bunkbed, small TV, big fridge, kettler, sandwich toaster, basic kitchenware, storage cupboards as well as a small balcony. It's located on the main road of Alikanas with all amenities within 1-4 min walking distance (supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, grocery/coffee/souvenir shops, ATM,car-rentals,snack-bars, restaurants, bars & pubs). Less than 5min walking (200m away) is Alikanas beach with crystal-clear turquoise waters.

The Fairytale

“The Fairytale” is a wonderful House located in the center of Zakinthos. It is a quiet cottage “hidden” in nature, surrounded by raisins trees, vineyards and of course the characteristic Zakinthian olive trees. You can enjoy a lovely, large garden, as well as your own private terrace.
