Modern Tiny House w/ Hot Tub and Putting Green

Located on a hillside in Shady Cove. This is a spacious brand new 300 sq foot tiny home. The tiny house is located on our private property. We request for our guests to be respectful of our home, our neighbors, and surroundings. It is important that our guests treat the outdoor space as if they were camping and not leave any food outside as there is some wildlife in the area. Included is a covered gazebo with curtains on a private deck with a spa, and gas fire pit that also heats your legs.

The studio is very private with views in every direction of trees, earth and sky (no other buildings in sight). You have direct access to trails leading to old growth forest and a refreshing year long creek. The studio space is an inspiration for artists and lovers of fine details. Wood stove in Living Room (1 bun provided). The 900 sq. ft. cabin has 2 Bedrooms with Brand New Queen beds. Kitchen is fully stocked , New full size appliances. The Cabin sits back off the road with large front yard and has Horseshoe Pit & BBQ area with Picnic Table. Great for kids. Circular Driveway easy in & out.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Immerse yourself with the sound of the forest gazing at the Applegate valley and lavender farms below. Walk around in over 10 acres of forest and enjoy a forest bath and sounds of the river below. Minutes from renowned Applegate Valley wineries and Applegate lake. Snow capped mountains in view most of the year. This space has a private bedroom and bathroom with a separate entrance. For the chilly nights, enjoy a cozy fireplace and a movie.

Ripple Rock Ranch Lodge

The Ripple Rock Lodge offers amazing views of The Rogue River Gorge and Lost Creek Lake. The lodge has a large patio with ambient lighting, and both gas and charcoal grills! It is located on a 10 acres parcel of woodlands to explore with access to the Rogue River and numerous hiking trails. Cozy Jacksonville Cottage

This cozy, rustic one bedroom cottage (325 sq. ft.) is just a 15 min. walk from downtown Jacksonville (3/4 mile) and 30 min. from Ashland. It has private parking, on the property. The owner is happy w/ pets in the cottage, but needs to know in advance that a pet is coming (maximum 35lbs) too. There isn't a full kitchen but it has a kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, hot plate and coffee maker, so cooking basics won't be a problem. Relax in the outside patio in the summer.

Please read below for details about the occupancy. We are nestled in the country between Roseburg and Glide. This updated studio is private, clean, restored, and sits atop a 50's cabin. This is a shared guest property, and the parking and entrances are completely separate! Open the windows, listen to the creek, or sit on the porch and look at the trees. We are on the way to the North Umpqua river, many hiking trails, waterfalls, and Crater Lake!
