The villa is located 80 meters from the sea, in the picturesque village of Sissi. With sea and mountain views, this luxury property is close to all local amenities. An ideal combination for the perfect summer holiday with family or friends. The spacious outdoor area offers a large sun terrace with sun beds and a 35 m² swimming pool. Our villa features a heated pool (Optional). In April, May and October, the heating is complimentary. Outside of these months, a small fee of €10 per day applies.

Villa Kalliopi is ideally located just 3 km from the picturesque town of Agios Nikolaos and Lake Voulismeni. The distance from the sea is 20 meters with easy and comfortable access. It is a two-storey maisonette at 50 square meters.There are gardens around the house, a traditional stone well.
