Great base to explore Dartmoor, South Devon and South Cornwall. Excellent village pub serving good pub fare.

Gooseland Cottage sits on the edge of the River Tavy, close to the village of Bere Ferrers, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to Dartmoor National Park. Welcome to our cosy caravan situated on our working farm in the Meavy Valley. You can relax and unwind in quiet surroundings just a short walk from the village of Meavy with the Royal Oak pub on the green. Here, you can enjoy a good meal and pint of ale whilst sitting under the old oak tree. The historic market town of Tavistock is perfect for shopping, eating out and enjoying a coffee. There are many walks and cycle rides, right from the door into the heart of the Dartmoor national park.

Externally there is a secluded private patio fronting the lodge. The Lodge is ideal for walkers, bikers, a romantic getaway or as an alternative to a hotel for business travellers.

The Annexe at Roseland is a quiet, spacious, one bedroom bungalow with gated parking in South Hams. Close to the edge of Dartmoor for plenty of walking and cycling. It is a few minutes drive to the small town of Plympton with usual amenities and a little longer into the Ocean City of Plymouth. It is within 30 minutes of the beaches of South Devon and Cornwall. It is a sustainable residence, heated by Air Source Heat Pump and mainly powered by Solar panels and batteries.

Forget your worries in this spacious but cosy cottage. Next to the owners' farmhouse, the accommodation is of an excellent standard with fabulous views of the paddock and the dramatic hills of Dartmoor beyond. Close to the open moor you can enjoy excellent walks or cycle rides in the surrounding countryside where the idyllic rural scenes of War Horse were filmed. The local town, Yelverton, is a few minutes drive and has a good butcher, Co-op, Post Office, pubs and more!
