Self-contained converted barn

Langmans Bothy is a self contained, converted barn sharing a drive with our home. It is neither attached to, nor visible from our home. It has a bedroom, shower room and loo, a living area which includes a sofa, TV, WiFi internet and a small kitchen area with a kitchen in a cupboard which contains a fridge, two ring hob and sink. There is a separate combi-oven and a small fridge/freezer. There is a south facing terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking our garden. There is no EV charger

Close by to Salcombe this newly converted, contemporary annexe is part of West Cliff House occupying a peaceful location 15 minutes along a small track leading to the magical beach of Soar Mill Cove. Set in AONB National Trust land with direct access to the coast path offering spectacular walks to Salcombe with its sandy beaches, pubs and restaurants and over Bolberry Down to, South Milton Sands and on to Bantham. Large sun deck that looks over beautiful gardens and countryside, free parking.

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

Bantham Beach Pad with views to Burgh Island

Live like a local for a few days on the edge of the charming South Hams village of Thurlestone. With views out toward Burgh Island, you're steps away from the coastal path & the most beautiful beaches in the area. Walk, sail, cycle, surf, swim or sunbathe and immerse yourself in nature. On your return unwind in this cosy, relaxed space to eat in or take a stroll down to one of the nearby pubs for dinner. Littl'un is attached to a modern country home in the South Huish Valley less than 1 mile from the beautiful South Milton Sands. Situated on a working dairy farm between Hope Cove and Thurlestone but only 5 miles from Salcombe and 4 from Kingsbridge. This self contained unit has a double bed and small double sofa bed -suitable for a couple, family with up to 2 small children or 3 friends, with plenty of room for a travel cot. There is ample parking & separate private entrance.

North Barn on the banks of the River Dart

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.
