Cedar Cottage is our family home, set near the coast in the quiet village of Bishopsteignton. The bright and spacious studio room offers wonderful views of the River Teign, with a backdrop of Devon fields; a sunrise to sunset panorama from Shaldon to the hills of Dartmoor. Your open-plan accommodation is south facing with twin beds, sofas, dining table, TV (with freeview channels), WiFi, a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Light breakfast included/ off road parking/ no cleaning charge.

Our tranquil Cornish Orchard Room, is a perfect holiday and relaxation location. Ideally situated, to appreciate this peaceful and beautiful space. Accommodation is completely separate from the hosts, with off road parking, and a private path. This Idyllic location sits on the edge of Bodmin Moor, great for walkers, cyclists and outdoor enthusiasts. Centrally situated between the spectacular N & S Coasts, with opportunities to experience, surfing, paddle boarding and all coastal activities.

Self contained charming cottage heart of Topsham

Courtyard Cottage is a very attractive and beautifully restored, 17th century home in the heart of Topsham, just a few meters from the high street with its shops, pubs and eateries and five minutes walk from the historic quay and waterfront. You have all three floors of the cottage to yourself and use of a sunny bench outside in the quiet, cobbled courtyard. Breakfast options and basic supplies are included. Ideal for a waterside getaway, Chiefs games and visiting Exeter university.

Shepherd's View - A delightful rural retreat

Luxury self-contained shepherd's hut on the Somerset/Devon border. Situated in the peaceful rural countryside with beautiful views across the rolling hills. Our spacious hut is set in its own secluded garden space with patio area and firepit. Ideally placed for visiting the Quantocks, Exmoor and the Blackdown Hills, it is also close to a good range of shops in the nearby market town of Wiveliscombe. A highly recommended pub is within walking distance.

Little Magnolia - beautiful walks & beaches

Little Magnolia is part of a beautiful cottage set in the South Hams with easy access to stunning walks including the south west coast path and a short walk to the amazing estuary. The beaches are 15 minutes away and the market town of Kingsbridge has everything you need including weekly farmers markets and crafts. We have parking and outside seating. Our home is comfortable and welcoming and people love staying here.

The Cabin

A stunning purpose built, detached, timber frame building. Situated in the large garden of the owners home at the bottom of Stonebarrow Hill. The Cabin gives you total privacy, yet you feel catered for. A locally sourced continental breakfast is left in the silent fridge, enabling you to start the day whenever you want. The Cabin is the perfect place to relax and explore the wonderful Jurassic Coast.

Stay in our lovely self contained Annex in the lovely village of Newton Ferrers. Own entrance away from our accommodation. We leave cereal, Milk & Juice. There is a fridge/ kettle/ microwave. Local pubs within walking distance. Lovely walks to the harbour.
