Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

If you want a unique holiday in a luxury house in Istria, Villa Dolina is the perfect choice! Located in the small Istrian village of Šivati, the villa offers privacy and relaxation for the whole family. In front of the house is a large pool (52 m²) with sun loungers and a sunbathing area, while the sauna and jacuzzi provide extra luxury. Kuhinja je opremljena sa svim aparatima a na terasi uz bazen je i vanjska kuhinja sa krušnom peći i roštiljem. U dvorištu je bazen 8x5m i jos jedan objekt u kojemu je sauna i još jedna kupaonica.

The house has a surface of a 135m2 and it consists of a kitchen well equipped, dining room with a living room and one bedroom with a bathroom. Trough a steps you will come on the second floor of the house where is situated one bedroom with a 2 single beds and one bedroom with a double bed. Here is also one more bathroom with a shower and washing machine. You will find here under the roof a small couch and very romantic corner.

Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
