Hillside Hideaway is the perfect furnished rental for business or pleasure just 13 miles (15-20 minutes) from Oxford. A 5 minute walk and you are on the shores of Sardis Lake. Boat ramps are less than a mile away giving you quick access to fishing and boating on the lake. High speed (Gig) internet if you need to work remotely or stream movies (New smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms). Extremely peaceful and quiet with beautiful views of the stars at night your own pocket of paradise.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This home was built in 1910 and displays many remembrances from that time, featuring the architectural arches in the living room/ parlor, the claw bathtub in the bathroom and the high ceilings throughout the home. Take a few minutes and walk downtown to Water Valley to check out the Casey Jones Railroad Museum or visit the quaint Magnolia Coffee Shop (wonderful chai tea!) and Turnage Drug store. Also, just 30 minutes from Oxford MS.

This is a cozy cabin that has 1 queen, 1 full-size trundle bed, 1- couch bed all in one small 418 sqft studio, with very little privacy, perfect for couples or small family!

Wanna snuggle up somewhere cozy AND walk to the big game? Warm blankets, comfy beds, and big screen TVs—two king beds and a sleeper sofa too! Come stay with your family, friends, and fur babies in our favorite little college town. The square isn't far off either. In five minutes, enjoy the rabble rousers and hooting hooligans occupying our sweet little village of allegedly higher education. The most beloved spot on the property is the screened in back porch, which includes a swing bed. Enjoy s’mores over the fire pit in the backyard. Included in your stay is a free game day parking pass for all home football games! 3.8 miles to the Square and 3.6 to Vaught-Hemingway Stadium!

We have fishing (in season). **** This cottage is set back in the woods and there is not a TV in this unit but there is Wifi. We have created a serene and unplugged experience. We have the "Wynnewood Elizabeth Cottage" and the "Wynnewood Jettie Jewel cottage" on our property that are listed separately.
