Just minutes from campus, downtown, and the airport, The Depot is a historic home attached to 5 wooded acres, a lake, and a "big sky" view across the prairie for watching sunsets and night skies. Originally a train depot constructed in 1857, it has been fully modernized for contemporary living. Arnie’s Place is a perfect place for a couples get away, girls trip, small gatherings, a few nights stay for sporting events, a quiet place to relax and unwind.

West Urbana state street guest suite

Next to the heart of University of Illinois campus, surrounded by beautiful mature trees, this spacious and serene guest suite will enhance your experience in town. The guest suite has it own entrance. It is connected to the sunroom of our main house. This space do not come with TV, washer and dryer. And the space do not have kitchenette. However, we provide microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. This space is not limited mobility accessible. No party and no smoking.

J&E Homestead--spacious home in the country!!

Our farm home, situated on 4 acres, is located just 25 minutes from the University of Illinois and Illini sports! I-57, I-74, and I-72 are all close by. The house has a fully furnished large kitchen with a coffee bar. Two living areas provide plenty of space to stretch out. You can finish off your busy day gathering on the patio preparing dinner on the gas or charcoal grills, watching the sun set over the summer grain fields, or roasting marshmallows around the firepit.

Quiet little cottage is situated in the back of our large peaceful property. We are located outside of city limits with our cottage being bordered on one side by dense woods and several large oak trees shading the entire area. This cottage has it's own private driveway with easy one level access. It's common to have deer grazing in the yard during the early morning and evening hours. A great place to relax.
