Brixham is a very family friendly town with many attractions for the whole family. Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.

Close to Torbay, and Dartmoor National Park, by car 15 minutes to Torquay, 20 minutes to Exeter and 30 minutes to Dartmouth. 2 hours 30 minutes to London by train. The property is ideally located for easy access to several beaches just a 5 min walk away. It is also on a regular bus route accessing all of Torbay and Dartmouth
