One of the most amazing accommodations I've experienced. I was late because we were delayed at the border, but the host's husband came to the bus station for me by car. The next day, he drove me around the city, understood my native language, and bought me breakfast. He bought tickets to each museum for himself and explained the details. The accommodation is right in the center and is modernly equipped. Thank you for the great experiences. I love Serbia

Alles war super. Sehr sehr schöne eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr gerne wieder.

Vladimir (värden) var väldigt hjälpsam och skickade beskrivande bilder så vi frågade efter saker (ex var sopor ska slängas, var extra täcke fanns), samt var väldigt flexibel och trevlig. Vi var väldigt nöjda med lägenheten. Den var stor och rymlig med de bekvämligheter vi behövde samt en fantastisk uteplats på taket som vi nyttjade varje dag. Bodde två vuxna och ett barn och alla hade gott om plats. Område är inte det finaste men läget överväger då Vi hade nära till allt vi behövde, så som affärer, mat, sevärdheter osv. Området var lugnt utan något som störde trots dess centrala läge. Många skriver om trapporna för att ta sig upp till lägenheten. Inget problem om man är frisk och pigg. Man vande sig snabbt, men bra att vara beredd på. Vi är väldigt nöjda med allt och kan tänka oss att hyra lägenheten igen om vi besöker Nis igen! Tack för allt!

SUPER HOST! Jelena ist eine äisserst freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. wir haben uns aif anhieb wie zu Hause gefühlt. die Wohnung war blitzsauber und die Bettwäsche war frischgewaschen und hat sehr gut gerochen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung im Vergleich zur umgebung mit abstand am besten empfehlen!

Leider konnten wir die Übernachtung nicht wahrnehmen da wir noch einige Stunden weiter Richtung Deutschland gefahrenen sind. Trotzdem sehr nette Vermieterin

It is in the center which is great! The location is on the second floor of a mall which we didn't know at first. The actual place has two floors with the bedroom and ac on the second floor so we had to keep the ac on the whole time. Parking was confusing at first but you just park on the street and pay 600 rsd for the whole day on an app (there's signs).

Miloš was a great host. Our communication was smooth and easy. We had a great time! His place has everything you need. It is just like the photos. There is enough free parking in this area. Miloš was flexible and gave us longer check-out time. Thank you, Miloš! We are happy with our stay :)

I warmly recommend this accommodation for your visit to Nis. Vladan is a welcoming and available host. His accommodation is really very well located close to the center, everything is nearby within a few minutes of walking which is pleasant. I really enjoyed it specially during the Nisville festival 💃🏾✨️ The interior of the accommodation is very clean and everything you need is present. I really appreciated the good bedding which allowed me to recover well during my trip. I recommend 100% & will come back in the futur. Hvala Vladan 🙏🌟

A clean and nicely renovated apartment. Everything matches the description, the kitchen has everything you need, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is perfect. Keep in mind that the apartment opens directly onto a busy road (although it wasn’t an issue at night), and there’s free parking available across the street. Lazar was a great and flexible host. I can definitely recommend this place for stopovers if Niš is a waypoint on your journey. However, if you’re planning to explore the city, be aware that the apartment is far from the center and main walking areas.

Ev, banyo, mutfak ve yataklar çok temizdi. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Ev sahibi tüm detayları anlattı ve dost canlısıydı. Evin karşısında büyük bir süper market var. Arabanız varsa şehir merkezine de 4-5 dakika da ulaşabilirsiniz. Öneriyoruz. Teşekkür ederiz.

"Ivan inanılmaz temiz ve düzenli bir ev sahibiydi, daire ise birçok ihtiyacı karşılayacak şekilde donatılmıştı. Mesajlara hızlı cevap veriyor, kibar, yardımsever ve cana yakın bir beyefendi. Konuma 20 dakika kala mesaj ile kalan süreyi yazdım geldiğimizde kapıdaydı bu bizi inanılmaz derece mutlu etmişti. Daire merkezi bir konumda yer alıyor ve birçok yere yakın. Sehr schöne, ruhige und warme Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. In aller Früh siehst Du den schönsten Sonnenaufgang. Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe von schönen Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ivan ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf jeden Fall kann ich die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Gleich gegenüber ist ein kleiner Park und eine sehr schöne Kirche.
