We offer guests a contact free stay in our detached studio suite in the Lake District.To refresh the studio and to complete intensive cleaning we block off a day either side of every booking. The studio has a king-sized bed, dining table & chairs, a very comfortable sofa, TV, lobby, wet room, small kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, tableware, cutlery. Patio doors open on to a private sun terrace overlooking the garden and surrounding fields. Parking next to the studio.

Farmhouse Lodge

Delightful, private and tranquil lodge located at the bottom of the large private Farmhouse garden. Fabulous views and walking distance to local pubs. It is a 50 metre walk from the parking area to the Lodge. There is free Wifi in the Lodge and good mobile signal. This place is a retreat for you to truly unwind, relax & get away from it all, or use as a base for exploring the local area and the Lake District. Unfortunately it is not suitable for children or infants.

Seaview a cosy cottage (AONB) Nr The Lake District

Please note as of April 2024 only 2 rooms sleeping 4 will be available. Beautiful Traditional Cottage Recently refurbished by new owners! Set in the small peaceful village of Storth (AONB) by the tidal river Kent Estuary, on the edge of the Lake District National Park. The Cottage is surrounded by beautiful countryside and woodlands or just walk a few hundred yards out of the door and you can walk for miles along the beach.

The Loft - Fell Gap Cottage

The loft is part of fell Gap cottage, a traditional Lakeland house set in woodland and close to the border of the Lake District National Park. It is situated at first floor level and is accessed via external steps and a balcony area. It is ideally situated for visiting the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and the Arnside and Silverdale AONB.

Encircled by the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales, the Forest of Bowland and Morecambe Bay this warm, well equipped and comfortable, completely detached building,with its own private, lockable entrance, gives you peace, tranquility and total privacy in the grounds of a separate private house, completely surrounded by open countryside.
