We're a 5-min walk from the Irish Museum of Modern Art, and 10 mins from the Phoenix Park. Shops, bars, food, and Guinness Storehouse are right beside us! We've a big sitting-room, library, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, a sun-trap backyard and big garden too. Summer ‘25 dates are flexible, so message us!

We are situated within 15 mins of DCU, Trinity , Holles Street Hospital and many others. parking if required. 4 Km from Croke Park, 7 Km to Aviva, 2 Km to beach. Dart/Train station a 1 min walk. Named the coolest place in Ireland by TimeOut, Stoneybatter has many great cafés, restaurants, pubs & shops, & is just a 20min walk from the city centre. This 2-bed cottage is available as a 1-bed space, & can accommodate 1-2 people. NB: this is my home & is only available on occasion. You may find some of my belongings, food & drinks here - some guests may prefer a space solely set up as a short-term rental. Also, a dog lives here, so may not be the best fit for those with allergies.
