This cabin was constructed by hand in 2019 and is designed with both style and calm in mind. It is a perfect place for artists and writers to find inspiration or for guests who want to connect to nature by simply waking up with the trees. The cabin partly functions as an informal artist residency space for our friends and comrades and guest who stay will find it more as a home environment instead of a hotel. This cabin is close to Western Carolina University ( about 4 miles), Cullowhee, Sylva and Cashiers, NC. You’ll love this home because of the views, the coziness, woodburning fireplace, firepit, convenience and unique decorations ( I call it the museum in honor of my grandparents). In addition to two bedrooms, there are bunk beds in the loft for the kids. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Our cabin offers a treasured panoramic view of the Tuckaseegee River. It is conveniently located within 10 minutes to Dillsboro, Sylva, and Cullowhee, 30 minutes from Cherokee, Cashiers Highlands, and 40 minutes from Asheville. The living room has 2 comfortable couches and the kitchen includes all modern amenities except a dishwasher. All linens and towels are provided, and there is a washer and dryer.
