In a glorious rural setting with spectacular long distance views to the Trossachs, this delightful converted Steading enjoys a very convenient location, being within 45 minutes drive of Edinburgh, Perth, Stirling and Glasgow. In a quiet setting situated on a private estate. Forming two sides of an attractive courtyard, opposite the owner's home on their country estate, each has a separate entrance and enjoys its own cottage garden, with shared use of a games room. Stylish furnishings, bright interior design and generous use of space make these cottages relaxing and comfortable retreats after a day spent exploring the delightful surrounding area or participating in the wide range of outdoor activities. BLASHIE COTTAGE (Sleeps 6) This barn has been recently converted and refurbished to high standards. The entrance hall leads onto a Living Room with open fire. There is a fully fitted Kitchen/Dinning Room and Utlility room/Boot Room with door to garden. There are three bedrooms: a double and two twins. One bathroom with bath and over shower and one shower room each with basins and WCs. Services included: Bed linen and towels, cot, high chair, colour TV and DVD, CD/cassette/radio, dish washer, washing machine/dryer, small garden with terrace and garden furniture. Pets by prior arrangement. Electrical heating and logs for the open fire.

The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a smart television and internet access. This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains a king bed. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink. Linen, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 5pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is free parking on premises .  - Pets are not allowed at the property.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The Farmhouse at Solsgirth Home Farm is a lovely converted farmhouse sleeping up to ten guests. There is plenty of room for families or groups to spread out indoors and out, including paths around the working farm, which features rhea, emu and llama, as well as traditional pig, cattle and sheep breeds. A short drive away are fantastic walks in the hills or along the coast, with several Scottish cities within one hour’s drive.
