The building is a barn from early 20th century: half of it has preserved its original structure and half transformed into a house. The chalet of 120 square m. consists of 4 floors: attic (2 beds of which 1 is 160cm and the other 120 cm), living room/kitchen area of ​​40sqm, with large panoramic terrace, 1st floor with rooms (1 dbl bed and 1 with a 120cm bed) and 1 bathroom, ground floor with the 2nd bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The large windows allow you to admire the mountains.

A former hay loft modified and lovingly rebuild into a quaint and rustic chalet. With panoramic views of the Latemar and Catinaccio mountains it is secluded and private yet directly reachable by car. There is private parking on site and the entrance is accessible through a short flight of stairs. Built over three storeys the chalet is self-sufficient with living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom on the ground level and bedrooms and additional toilets upstairs as well as the basement.

In der Mühle

Unser kleines romantisches Mühlenzimmer liegt inmitten von Gärten, Apfelwiesen und Weingärten. Die Mühle befindet sich auf unserem Hof, direkt neben einem kleinen Bach - Erholung mitten im Grünen. Wenn die Nächte ab Oktober wieder kühler werden kann man sich auch in unserer gemütlichen Bauernstube am Kachelofen aufwärmen bevor man sich in der Mühle unter der kuscheligen Decke verkriecht.
