Boolarong is a contemporary award wining 3 level beach house with expansive views of the Coral Sea to Moreton Island. Designed by architect Shane Thompson, Boolarong showcases Queensland modern casual beach living. The top level features an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining opening to the verandah. The Warragi complex consists of five luxury townhouses perched high on the hill overlooking the Coral Sea. The elevated position (entering from Pratt Court), provides unobstructed panoramic ocean views, spanning from Moreton Island to Cylinder Beach. Warragi unit two is set over three levels, with each of the three bedrooms having their own bathroom. The townhouse comfortably sleeps six, and a trundle bed will cater for a seventh guest. The complex has an infinity-edged pool for all to use.

The home is located on a quite street that backs onto bushland which gives the guests the best of both worlds. When you're out and about, be sure to keep an eye open for kangaroos, goannas and koalas. Dolphins can be seen chasing fish around the jetty. A short drive will provide beaches for surfing at Point Lookout.

Point Lookout beaches are all centrally located to our house and after a swim in our crystal clear waters, you can rinse off in our outdoor shower, before relaxing on our large rear deck. Close by, enjoy the stunning views at the iconic Straddie pub or walk the Gorge and maybe see some marine and wildlife.
