Some call it 'the loveboat' (some go for the ultimate relaxation with their best friend) You'll stay on a recently renovated former cargovessel with a private mooring at the IJmeer of Amsterdam! Wanna go out? It's less than 15 minutes to central station by tram, it runs every six minutes and goes till late. Breakfast is served at bagels and beans.

De villa ligt aan het water met eigen steiger met kano op ruim perceel (±750 m2). Midden in de natuur. Vlak bij Veluwemeer, Harderwijk, Dolfinarium, Walibi etc.

Centraal in Nederland 45 min-Amsterdam, 10 min-Harderwijk en 30 min-Utrecht. Het bungalowpark is erg ruim opgezet en beschikt over een zwembad (zomermaanden), 2 tennisbanen en jeu de boule baan. Zwiethouse ligt op Klein Landgoed (1 ha) naast Paleis Soestdijk en Kasteel Drakensteyn. Vanuit het boshuis (in privacy gelegen) prachtig uitzicht de natuur in ! Vele vogels, ook uilen, eekhoorntjes en je ziet geregeld reeen! Wandelen/fietsen (te huur) door de Baarnse bossen, bij Zwiethouse vuurtje stoken, naar de Soesterduinen, pannenkoeken eten in Lage Vuursche, met de fietsboot naar Spakenburg of winkelen in Amsterdam, Amersfoort of Utrecht. This cosy Penthouse on the top floor of a Canalhouse has all the Luxery you can wish for. Located in the old town, just a 1-minute walk from the park and center ring. Small coffee shops, vegan, healthy food and many cozy, affordable restaurants are within walking distance in arguably the most beautiful city in the Netherlands. With the train station around the corner, it is the perfect place (in the middle of the country) to make your city trips to Amsterdam, Rotterdam or the beach.

Een sfeervol voormalig bakhus, met eigen entree.

Het voormalige bakhus is omgebouwd tot een sfeervol appartement . Het bakhus heeft een eigen ingang en is van alle gemakken voorzien, eigen badkamer en een kitchenette met koelkast. Via een korte steile scheepstrap komt u boven in de slaapkamer (tweepersoonsbed of twee losse bedden). U slaapt hier onder de balken. U kunt gebruik maken van de aangrenzende (gedeelde) bijkeuken. Hier heeft u de beschikking over een kookplaat en combi-oven. De reservering is zonder ontbijt.

Gezellig met familie of vrienden op pad... dit kan in deze ruime vakantiewoning. Op de BG zijn 3 slaapkamers en badkamer in een aparte vleugel. (Op de 1e etage bevinden zich de andere 3 kamers met 2e badkamer en apart toilet.) De keuken is voorzien van alle gemakken zoals; combi magnetron, vaatwasser en bonenkoffieapparaat. Je hoeft je nooit te vervelen want er is een prachtige jacuzzi in de tuin. Ook staat hier een Barrelsauna met een elektrische kachel (5 euro/uur).

Ruimte, Rust en Privacy - “Comfort with a View”

Hier vind je rust en privacy; de wind in de bomen en het gezang van vogels. Er staan 2 fietsen klaar. Deze zijn tijdens het verblijf gratis te gebruiken. Ons knusse ‘LOFT’ is een vrijstaand, gezellig en compleet ingericht vakantiehuis van 44m2 op de Veluwe. Door het hoge plafond en de vele ramen is het licht en ruim met uitzicht over de weilanden/akkers. Er is een veranda en een lounge-plek. Deze plek is uitermate geschikt voor rustzoekers en natuurliefhebbers.

Enhance your stay with the ultimate wellness experience in your private wood-fired sauna (€45 per session, approx. 4 hours), ensuring deep relaxation in complete privacy.

Welcome! Our attractive house from 1899 is completely self-sufficient and fully equipped. Kitchen-diner, cozy living room, separate bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi. It is located in a nice area, centrally in Utrecht, with a garden on the water and within a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Utrecht! You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)

Our B & B is located in the quiet, green Oosterwold district. You stay in a design lodge with its own entrance and terrace so you can fully enjoy staying in a vineyard.
