Lounge has a wood heater and split system for all year round comfort. Set amongst a cottage garden with lots of bird life. At the rear of the property there is ample space to park. No WiFi in cottage.

The Loft

Our little loft is situated in the township of St Arnaud. It’s a self contained studio space with a kitchenette, queen bed and private bathroom. The lounge room section includes a double futon which can be easily converted into a second bed. The perfect stop over spot or destination for a weekend in the country. St Arnaud has some cute cafe’s, a couple of great pubs. It is a must see on the Silo Art Trail, with artworks located throughout the town.

Directly across the road is the Murtoa caravan park, and the local sporting club which includes a Netball court, and a football/cricket oval aswell as a playground. A perfect location to bring the family and keep the kids entertained for hours. Lake Marma also offers a boat ramp for recreational use such as water skiing or fishing.
