The Studio

Welcome to my secluded, peaceful hideaway. The studio is a large open plan space. Large sliding doors completely open up the front of the building onto the deck, giving you a feeling of always being close to nature. Surrounded by trees, orchard, lawn and garden, the studio is a quiet retreat space. The sound of the sea and bird song are always in the background. It's 50m from our house and well hidden by trees, so you'll feel very private. The best beach in NZ is a 15 minute walk away!

Ohope Beach Chalet

Perfect for a family holiday with a beach for playing, swimming, fishing, kayaking or walking to your heart's content. Our place is situated at the beautiful Ohope beach, 2 minute walk from a very popular swimming and surfing beach (great for learners), 5-7 minute drive to shops, wharf, golf course, bush walks, restaurant and cafes. We offer unlimited wifi, a smart tv in bedroom, card games and kids toys, a deck with a BBQ, large sunshade an equipped kitchen for cooking or baking.

My place is close to beaches, bush and the famous Motu cycle way. You’ll love my place because of the friendly welcome, the little extras AND the comfy bed!! Only 2 hours driving from either Tauranga, Rotorua or Gisborne - a good resting point. Lovely quiet cottage set on lifestyle block with many chickens and sheep. 3 minutes driving to fabulous Waiotahi beach and only 10 minutes into Opotiki for cafes and shopping.
