Fully appointed kitchen. An electric car charger is also available, making this cottage a convenient choice for your stay

We will strive to make your trip enjoyable and comfortable! This is a two unit home. There is a downstairs unit as well that is completely separate.

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.

The apartments are very spacious and offer: - Community room with a living room -Television and puzzles - Pool table -Chess table -Gym (for your use in the adjacent building) -Brewery/Restaurant on site -On the Bike Trail -Along side the Little Miami river -13 ft high ceilings We have the best housekeeping team around!

Historic Downtown With shopping, great food and sweet treats, Loveland's Historic Downtown District has it all! Spend a day enjoying a picnic lunch in Nisbet Park, enjoying a meal at one of the restaurants, shopping at a specialty retail store, taking a bike ride and so much more! Downtown Loveland is a great place to live and play! The Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail runs through the Historic Downtown, parallel to the Little Miami River.
