The name of the house comes from the adjacent nature reserve Stadlau, which you can look from the living room and the upstream terrace on the southeast side! The ski area Hochficht, the Nordic centre Schöneben, the Lake Klaffer, the Böhmerwaldpark Ulrichsberg and the Laoshanzentrum Schwarzenberg are only a few kilometres away!

Thirs floor with elevator (although small one) In August 2019 all windows and entrance door were changed for new, so the noise isolation is much better than previously.
