Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Pretty Stoney Lake Cabin Suite New rates Nov/ Dec

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside, not a full kitchen. Christine's Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.

Situated on the Salmon River this private newly custom built lodge features wooden beam ceilings on the main floor giving it a warm & cozy feeling. A short drive to local beaches and provincial parks. Enjoy the landscape out back around the fire pit overlooking the river. Lounge in the hot tub overlooking the river and stargaze at night. Truly a getaway in nature to unwind & reconnect with friends and family. LCBO, bakery, diner, pharmacy & grocery store all within 5 minutes drive.

The Sugar Shack

Very comfortable & very private cabin, set in the Pine trees. You feel as though you are camping but with all the comforts of a cozy cabin. The lighting system is 12 V. Also has a 12 V. socket for charging phones. Excellent spot to hone your bushcraft skills!! Also an excellent winter get away, cabin is very warm and cozy with the Jotul woodstove for warmth. (must have woodstove experience). We are sorry but we do not allow dogs or cats due to hair allergies.

Lalaland Cottage: 10-Acres Getaway Across Mazinaw

This 2-bedroom cottage with wrap around deck is the perfect escape from the city to unwind with family and friends surrounded by nature!

Roslin Hall is the ideal country retreat offering quiet and solitude in a pastoral setting. By night sit out back and be mesmerized by the clear starry nights and by day take a drive to PEC wine country. Or just relax and unwind in front of the gas fireplace while prepping a meal in the gourmet kitchen. Please tell us about your group when you request to book. Perched on a majestic slab of Canadian Shield, this peaceful waterfront cottage is tucked away for absolute privacy off a quiet country road on Cranberry Lake, near Arden. The cottage features a spacious combination living room/kitchen. The space also features 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom off the upper level loft. The bird's nest solarium (accessible via one of the bedrooms), is a great lookout.
