12x24 tiny house designed and (inside) built by me.. Dive into the history of this unique and memorable place. Always in my family this property has special touches with strong heritage. The house sits atop the old foundation of the house my grandfather built and my father was raised in. Fossils, artifacts, flora, and fauna abundant. Listen to the river and the passing trains from the outside or sleep like a baby inside. It’s insulated soundproof and holds the heat or cool well for your comfort.

Steps from the Greenbrier River, you'll have 200 feet of river frontage with a nice level rock beach to put your feet in the river and enjoy all the Greenbrier has to offer. Put in a kayak and float downstream and enjoy bass fishing, or fish directly from the shore or walk upstream 100 feet to a nice pool of still water to fish or swim! 24 miles to the state of WV fairgrounds and 34 miles to the Greenbrier!

This modest two bedroom, one bath home is in a prime location to facilitate all of West Virginia's outdoor recreational opportunities. From the camp, you can drop a line in the water, swim with the kids, kayak with friends, or read a book in the hammock. It's only minutes from the southern gateway to the New River Gorge and about 40 minutes to Winterplace Ski Resort. Close to everything but away from it all!

Rewild Wilder at Willowwood

Rewild Wilder is a magical spot located at the confluence of Howard Creek and the Greenbrier River. The flora and fauna found on the property is amazing. Papaws, sycamores, white tailed deer, cardinals, osprey, bald eagles, great blue heron, mergansers, beaver, otter, mink, small mouth bass, muskellunge, and crawdads can all be spotted from the decks looking over the creek and river. There is ample hunting, fishing, bird watching, golfing, hiking, mountain biking, and watersports nearby!

Skoolie New River Gorge - Big Blue

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. West Virginia really is “almost heaven”. The Schoolies are located just a few miles from the New River Gorge National Park. The buses are located conveniently off a well maintained gravel road and face beautiful rolling hills with hay and wildflowers in season. Deer frequent the pastures along with a family of foxes and Phil, the groundhog who has chosen it as his home. There are two schoolies if you have more people and need more space.

The nocturnal canvas comes alive with a stunning display of stars and luminescent fireflies in the summer. As dawn breaks, you may spot a bear or hear the gentle whisper of the creek where my grandmother used to frolic 90 years ago. Despite being in nature, you'll have access to a hot shower, a toilet, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker.

Two Bicycles can be found in the shed to take a ride to the park along with two kayaks (take them to spend the day at bluestone lake only a 13 minute drive) .Winterplace is only 30 miles away. It is a great starting point for exploring all the beautiful sites and attractions that southern West Virginia and the New River Gorge have to offer. Or a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing stay on the river.

The Dogwood Cabin, cozy 3 bedroom, 1 -1/2 bath

This three-bedroom, one and a half bath cabin, fully furnished kitchen with coffee bar, is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy. Downstairs has 1 bedroom with queen size bed. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and one with 2 sets of bunk beds. The Cabin is located nearby the beautiful Greenbrier River in Summers County, WV in a quiet out of the way setting. Come sit by the fire pit (firewood available) and enjoy the peace and quiet.
