The Lions Den

Newly constructed apartment just completed October 2018. Located in the lower level of our 100 year old historic home. The Lions Den is a cozy hideaway for travelers to call home. Guests enter the apartment through a lovely garden with fountain. There is private entrance and porch to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail. We provide beverages and pumpkin bread and other conveniences. If you are traveling with more than 2 you may also book Lions Rest next door. We also include home tour.

Our 1100 square foot private studio cottage, located in the heart of East Memphis, just a few minutes from anywhere, comfortably sleeps up to 4-6 people (**max 2 adults**). The cottage includes everything you will need on vacation or just a weekend away. The studio has been professionally laid out. ***NOTE: No family or friends allowed in the cottage or on the property. Our house sits between Germantown and Downtown Memphis; about 20 minutes to most local attractions; easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and business districts. We are close to the FedEx St. Jude Golf Tournament at TPC Southwind, Germantown Country Club, and Ridgeway Country Club. Our house is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. We have hosted many companies, families, & nationally renowned musicians. We renovated the kitchen in Feb 2019. Details in the picture descriptions.

Duplex attached to our house! Safe Memphis suburb!

Private outdoor entrance. There is no access from the main house to the duplex and vice versa. It’s completely private with no shared spaces. This cozy duplex has a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom and is attached to our house. (See picture of house in our listing.) Sleeps 2 adults, and up to 2 small children. We don’t accept guests from Memphis and don’t feel our property is right for romantic getaways considering we live next door and have kids and dogs.

Very centrally located and near I-40 allowing you to be most anywhere you need to be in 20 minutes.

Private Jacuzzi J-465 hot-tub available for guests to use. Beautiful views from second floor residential living area including a full porch and third floor bedroom.

Ideally situated in a safe area for those visiting/passing through Memphis. -Tranquil views of open fields, horses, and a variety of other furry friends at a working horse boarding barn. -Stay solo or with someone you don't mind cozying up to. Ideal for mobile guests comfortable with stairs and tighter spaces.

Log Cabin with Covered Bridge

Our property isn't just a place to spend the night, its a destination. A place to relax. We have been blessed to call this beautiful farmstead home for over 30 years. Upon entering the property you will traverse along the winding drive, rolling hills, across the lake on the covered bridge, and up the hill to the log home. Be sure to look around for the many deer, geese, ducks, turkeys, and other wildlife that also call our farm home.
