Happy Valley Pavilions Spring Beach

Recently renovated with expansive decking spaces offering a beautiful oasis. Within a bush setting on Happy Valley Road, this architecturally designed ‘shack’ consists of 2 compact eco pavilions joined by a covered deck. There is a bush track directly to the beautiful Spring Beach - around 5-10 minutes to walk. There are two more dwellings close by, but trees, bushes and clever design offer complete privacy. Approx 6 minutes drive (4km) from Orford centre (and the closest shops/cafe's etc).

Prosser River Retreat

Located on the water front of Prosser River you will find this breath taking retreat. Sit back and relax in this self contained home with modern amenities. Enjoy your days/evenings on the deck with a bbq over looking the river or by the water down at the fire pit. Only minutes walk to local beaches, cafes and restaurants and a short drive to many of the local attractions the east coast has to offer. This is the perfect place for a relaxing trip or an ideal base to explore the East Coast.

Sandra & Ricky are pleased to be hosting Rostrevor Pickers Cottage located just 3 minutes from the Maria Island Ferry. Stroll around the historical Rostrevor farm which was once one of the largest orchards in the southern hemisphere and is now a family run fine wool and hereford cattle farm with many original buildings on site. This lovingly restored farm shed turned contemporary cottage is nestled in the shade of a centuries old oak tree, perfect for taking in the country quiet.

Experience the magic of a tiny house set amongst a grove of gum trees beside a creek around the bend from an isolated beach in a little-known corner of Tasmania. Once known as Millingtons House, Sunways is a light-filled 1925 home just steps from the river and a short stroll to the ocean beach. With two spacious queen bedrooms, a fresh bathroom featuring Salus botanicals, and a sunroom made for lazy afternoons, it’s a place to slow down. On arrival, enjoy Bellebonne sparkling rosé and Kenyak chocolates before unwinding into the rhythm of sea air and old-world charm.

Spring Beach Cottage

Private cottage 100 metres from the white sand of Spring Beach, on a large block in a bush setting with beautiful views of the beach, Maria Island and the Triabunna lighthouse. Birds are in abundance and there is also a resident echidna. There is a surcharge of $30 for one night only bookings.
