The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. The apartment is located in an Art Nouveau villa. It is for 2-4 people. (max 6) set up It's a 2-minute walk to the ski bus, a 4-minute walk to the historic center, and a 10-minute walk to the train station. The apartment is on the 1st floor at the back of the house. From there you can see a spectacular mountain panorama and parts of the historic town center. The apartment is a family-friendly, non-smoking apartment. Pets and parties are not permitted!

Our apartment is adjacent to our Boutiquehotel Lindenhof, situated only 5 minutes away from the Stubnerkogel cable car and slopes and 3 minutes from the Felsentherme spa. The spacious apartment has its own entrance. We offer hotel service (breakfast, sauna, ski room) on request! City tax € 4,80 per adult per day is obligatory.
