Fairport Living on the Canal

You and your guests will enjoy easy access to everything Fairport from our centrally located home. The Erie Canal is right in your backyard, with walking access to restaurants, bars, ice cream and more – discover all that Fairport has to offer while staying in the heart of the village! Stay with the whole family or your group of friends in two large bedrooms with queen beds. A third bedroom sleeps two in a twin and pull out bed. The sleeper sofa also comfortably accommodates a guest.

You can swim right off the deck using the ladder (summer), fish, Kayak (2 available + life jackets). Beach and a boat ramp in Cayuga Lake State Park (2 min up the road). In the winter, cross-country ski and ice skating rings nearby (Geneva; Watkins Glen). New lock for easy check-in.

Bring your camera- you'll find lots of stunning settings to serve as backdrops for a wonderful vacation!

Peaceful, beautiful and meditative. Relax on the deck and stare at the horizon while cooking your favorite menu on the grill! Play yard games in the huge front yard on the parking side of the cottage. One pet welcome if approved by host -- pet fee is $35/night.

There is a private rock beach and beautiful sunsets! It's a great place to get away with family, a few friends, significant other or a quiet getaway by yourself. Enjoy the amazing sunsets by the fire pit while eating s'mores. There is plenty of yard space for activities and beach access for swimming, floating, kayaking and throwing rocks. It's also a great place to visit in the winter when you're looking for some quiet get away!

Newly remodeleld cottage at Fair Haven Bay with acess to waterfront, property dock, grill, and private outdoor entertaining area. We are also motorcycle enthusiasts and will gladly advise scenic routes or lead you on some of the best rides in Upstate NY. BONUS: If COVID is getting in the way of your wedding plans come on down, we'll gladly host and I can officianate!
