Stellas Hideaway '47 Beach House Heated Pool

Stella's Hideaway is a 1947 Original Beach Cottage, renovated with modern amenities. 150 yards from the beach with heated pool and outdoor shower. Sleeps 8, HDTV in every room with Xfinity service including movie channels. Outdoor pool area is equipped with chaise lounges by the pool and large TV viewable from the pool. The kitchen was renovated from the studs and is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining. All new linens and bedding. Office work area with daybed/trundle for sleeping.

Winn Pennie is a meticulously maintained cottage on one of the most sought after rental areas on St Simons Island! This cottage is located just 250 steps from Coast Cottages ocean side pools, pavilion and private beach access boardwalk. Guests enjoy full privileges at Coast Cottage with access to pools, pavilion and beach boardwalk. Our neighborhood is positioned along the Coast Guard beach where the widest stretch of sand is and high tide always provides a place to walk or lounge!

The Fig House is a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Mid-Century Modern ranch style vacation home set on 1 level. It comprises: a living room/dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, 8-seater table and connection to the kitchen, which also has a breakfast table. There is a sitting room and a sun room off the kitchen with access to the pool courtyard. There are two masters with king size beds and a bunk room that has 2 sets of bunk (twin) beds.

Y’all we added an all season POOL/SPA! This home is local beach living at its finest and newly renovated, decorated and furnished for comfort. Enjoy all the south end has to offer from our beautiful beach to quaint shops and restaurants. Our home is less than a mile from the public beach access and is an easy walk or bike ride! The outdoor living is awesome here - plenty of room to park a boat and a fully fenced yard.

Saltlife Below Deck

It's time to kick back and relax at newly renovated Saltlife below deck. Smoke a butt on the Green Egg, hang out in our tiki hut on the hammock, griddle up some pancakes and eggs on the flat top griddle, or just relax on the patio and feel the ocean breeze. 3 blocks to the beach and crab corner (4 popular SSI restaurants). We loved living here and now want to share our place with you.
