Mulberry Cabin is conveniently located halfway between Charleston and the capital city of Columbia in Rowesville, SC. Please note the cabin is located in a small town, not in the country. Rowesville is 11 minutes from the beautiful Edisto Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg. Orangeburg has many restaurants, Wal-Mart, and a Starbucks near I-26. Columbia is about an hour away. Charleston is about 75 minutes away. Enjoy a break from Wi-Fi as you watch a DVD and relax in a 130 year old rustic cabin.

This pond-side cottage is a peaceful place to relax and unwind. Sit on the enclosed porch and watch the water or enjoy the front porch swing where you can listen to the birds and frogs. We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter and 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens and Poinsett State Park. It is only 2 hours to Myrtle Beach and Charleston, SC & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it is conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to put your feet up and rest.

Your pets are welcome (max of 2, pls) but are not allowed on our beds. 🧺. King bed in master, 3 TV's (two 55” & one 32”), coffee bar with Keurig, strong WiFi. It is nestled on 6 serene acres, among massive windswept Live Oaks dripping with Spanish moss, Palmettos, azaleas, camellia, magnolias and creape myrtle, yet so conveniently close to Shaw Air Force base, 30 mins to Columbia and Camden, close to all Sumter's attractions.

Our cabin is located in Stateburg, SC between Columbia and Sumter and within a 5-15 minute commute to Shaw AFB and Sumter. It is a convenient stop between I-77 and I-95 and has close proximity to Poinsett and Congaree Parks and The Palmetto Trail. It sits on top of a hill offering panoramic views, quiet, and privacy. Mine Hill sunrises and sunsets are stunning. Reserve as a stopover, a retreat from the workday, or a romantic getaway and enjoy our cabin as a home away from home.
