This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

Es liegt nur 5 km von der A2 entfernt in Modriach, in der schönen Weststeiermark. Absolut keine Störgeräusche von Autos oder sonstigem. Aktuell gibt es super Rodelmöglichkeiten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 15km entfernten Ort Edelschrott oder im Ort Hirschegg.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, liegt im Ortszentrum, ist aber trotzdem ruhig. Wies liegt in der Schilcher(wein)region, es sind aber auch die umliegenden sehr gut zu bewandernden Berge, als auch Graz als Landeshauptstadt rasch zu erreichen. Keine Gäste mit Motorrädern!
