This was our favourite stay in the whole of Thailand. It was exceptionally clean, location was within 10-15mins of everything. Bonnie was very easy to deal with and very accomodating, we will be staying here again.

Perfect stay! It was clean, well equipt and we just loved the complex with the huge pool and shared spaces! Host was responsive and friendly and would highly recommend! Thank you!

Es war alles wie beschrieben, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr sauber, gute und freundliche Kommunikation sowie Anleitung, wie man in die Unterkunft gelangt. Die Küchenausstattung war auch klasse. Die Lage war ebenfalls super, 5 Minuten entfernt war eine Wasser-Auffüll-Station und in die Altstadt braucht es zu Fuß ca. 15-20 Minuten. Der Pool auf dem Dach war überragend! Sehr toller Ausblick und extrem schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen! 😊

Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft. Der Kontakt mit Nam war einwandfrei, sie meldete sich immer sehr schnell bei uns. Wir waren eine Woche hier und würden immer wieder kommen.

Our stay at Astra Stay River was fantastic! The apartment was spotless, and it had everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the drinking water dispenser, which made our stay much more convenient compared to carrying water bottles. While the building isn’t directly in the Old Town and the neighborhood is not very touristy, the walk to Old Town is manageable, and taxis are affordable. Overall, a great place to stay!

Nana's apartment was so nice I extended my stay by a couple of days. I would definitely stay in this development again.

Super clean and modern Airbnb! The hosts were really responsive and even let us check in early, which was great. It was a bit tricky for tour companies to find for pickup, but it was really close to the old town, so the location was still super convenient

We had a great stay at this cozy Airbnb! The place was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is excellent—quiet but close to everything, with cool, fresh air thanks to its spot near Doi Suthep. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept really well every night. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful stay in Chiang Mai!

We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.

Super séjour. Une villa dans un super cadre : grande piscine, 2 restaurants, 2 cafés, des rizières, des hôtes très gentils, réactifs, souriants, à l’écoute …grab sans difficulté. Tout était parfait pour nous.

Really lovely stay in a great relaxing area of Chang Mai. If you are looking for a quiet place that allows you to explore the beautiful area and meet some nice locals then this is the spot. If you decide to chill and enjoy a day at home then this is a very inviting place that allows you to feel very at home. Couldn’t recommend the place more and the host Michael and his wife were extremely helpful and lovely people!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is brand new, very clean, and well-maintained — everything looks fresh and thoughtfully prepared. It’s clear that the host takes great care of the place. A big thank you to the host as well — she was always available, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Although the apartment is on the 4th floor, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the charming view from the window — a small family of goats grazing just outside, and a beautiful Russian Orthodox church in the background. It felt very special and unique. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, with a cozy atmosphere and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

Mooi, ruim appartement op de 9de verdieping. De "night bazaar" is in dezelfde hoofdweg op loopafstand (ongeveer 10 minuten) terwijl je onderwijl veel eetgelegenheid tegenkomt, Precies erbuiten staan een paar kraampjes waar je fruit, ice-coffee en pad-thai kun halen, en op iets van 100 meter afstand zit al een 7/11. Het zwembad is ietwat aan de kleine kant maar wel moo,i een uitgebreide gym zit daarnaast
