**IMPORTANT NOTICE:**
NEIGHBORHOOD PEACE – At all times, it is essential to respect the peace of the neighborhood. No excessive noise will be tolerated after 10:00 p.m. to avoid complaints. Fees for non-compliance with the regulations will be charged.
* The chalet is located in a peaceful nature setting. As with most properties in the region, occasional insects or ladybugs may appear during certain seasons.
* Winter conditions can sometimes create icy surfaces. We recommend bringing appropriate footwear during the winter months.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF GUESTS – At no time can the maximum capacity of guests exceed the number allocated to the chalet.

The BBQ is available from May 1st to October 1st.
Cleaning
* Guests are kindly asked to wash and put away any dishes used and place garbage in the designated bins before checkout. Additional cleaning required beyond the standard service may result in extra cleaning fees.
In case of extreme weather conditions, there is a possibility of temporary power outages. However, please note that this is very rare and not a common occurrence. We just wanted to provide this disclaimer for your awareness.
NO PETS, a fee of $300 + taxes per day will apply for the presence of an undeclared animal. Please note that barking is considered excessive noise and measures will be taken to this effect.
Private PARKING at the entrance of the chalet. NO permits on the side of the roads.
Our infrastructures are entirely NON-SMOKING, a fee of $200 + taxes per rental day will apply in the event of a violation of this regulation.
DAMAGE / BREAKAGE / THEFT - Fees may be charged to cover any damage, breakage or theft caused to the chalets, furniture, items or other, as well as any additional cleaning costs required at the end of the stay to restore the chalet.
Kanata Tremblant resort management may terminate the rental at any time if the guest does not respect the conditions or violates the regulations in force, and no compensation may be provided.
* While rare, power outages may occasionally occur due to weather conditions in the area, these situations are outside of our control and are considered acts of nature.
