ACCOMMODATION
Designed with large family groups in mind and consisting of 10 bedrooms (with 17 beds flexible accommodation) with air conditioning. All bedrooms benefit from ensuite bathrooms with high quality vanity units/fixtures & fittings. There’s a spacious open plan living and entertainment room with large flat screen Smart TV and Netflix next to a well-fitted kitchen and dining area. A full-size pool table is also available for family fun and there’s a separate kids area with large screen Smart TV and games.
This beautiful villa estate offers flexible accommodation of 10 luxurious bedroom suites consisting of:
7 x king size double bedrooms
2 x twin room each containing two standard single beds
1 x 6 bunk bed adult singles
Extra comfortable beds are available for an additional charge with full rate inclusions, there's plenty of room.

There are lots of interesting things for guests of all ages to do at the villa estate or nearby such as swimming, spa and beauty treatments, full-size pool table, boogie boarding, surf lessons, padel tennis, Treetops Adventure Park, Waterbom Water Park, horse riding on the beach, cycling through the rice fields, Elephant Park, etc. The main entertainment area contains a large Smart TV with Netflix. There are also many high-quality restaurants, bars and boutique shops within short walking distance of the estate.
An inviting 14 x 6 metre swimming pool (child & non-swimmer friendly) is situated in the tropical garden area along with an outdoor daybed, sun loungers as well as an entertaining and BBQ area. A BBQ is available for use. Laze around the pool area for a drink and a chat or relax to a good book while cooling down in the inviting pool. The garden area is perfect for the kids to run around on or for a picnic lunch in the shade of the magnificent trees. Fast WIFI is accessible from anywhere on the estate.
A large table for 20 guests sits in the dining area with views across the stunning mature tropical garden and large pool, perfect for large families to socialise over a delicious meal cooked by your own private chef.
