The modern Kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal that the whole family will enjoy while the adjacent Dining Area is perfect for soaking up the evening light as you eat a meal together. A Queen Bedroom with a semi-private Full Bathroom completes this level, offering comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

Quiet Community With Ample Attractions
Colington Pointe is a beautiful, secluded island community offering amazing views and ample opportunity for crabbing, fishing, kayaking, and an array of other watersports! Situated less than 10 minutes from the main bypass, you are never far from something fun to explore or something good to eat. Try a tasty slice from Colington Pizza (they even deliver!) or sample a crab benedict and mimosa for Sunday brunch at The Saltbox Café. Colington Café is another great place to enjoy the local fare, especially if you're celebrating a birthday or anniversary. If you enjoy cooking at home, stop by Billy’s Seafood Market for a fine selection of fresh seafood including everything from shrimp and oysters to mahi-mahi and tuna. While you're out exploring, be sure to stop by the Wright Brothers National Memorial where you can experience an interactive museum about the nation's history of aviation and enjoy a 360-degree view of the surrounding beach as you stand beside the famous monument. There's also a great public bike and walking path nearby along with dozens of shops and other great activities to ensure your vacation is a blast!

Once we receive your reservation we will send you a second Seaside Vacations lease via email. Please sign this in addition to the Airbnb lease and return within 24 hours to confirm your reservation. This email will provide instructions to add optional extras, such as travel interruption insurance, pet fee for pet-friendly homes, early check-in fee, late check-out fee, pool heat fee, wedding/event fee for applicable homes.

Heated service for private pools is only available on homes that offer pool heat as an amenity (inquire with us) and requires one week’s notice prior to your date of arrival. There is an additional fee to heat the pool. Cost varies according to pool size. Please reach out to us to find out the cost to heat a specific pool. Most pool heaters heat five to eight degrees above outside air temperatures.
Outdoor community pools are generally open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, but the exact date for each community pool varies. Reach out to us for exact dates.
The Outer Banks is a remote location with natural surroundings. Therefore, some pests, including Palmetto Bugs and midges, are common to the area and may be found inside homes.
