Parking:
Guest parking is available on the driveway. Please park entirely within the designated driveway area. Do not block the sidewalk. This is important to ensure safe passage for pedestrians. Street parking is not permitted. There may be limitations or restrictions on parking on the street outside the house. Vehicles parked illegally will be towed. Please be aware that any vehicles parked outside the designated driveway or on the street will be towed at the owner's expense.

OPTIONAL ITEMS TO ENHANCE YOUR VACATION -
1. POOL HEATING - This is an optional add-on to your booking, the cost of which is non-refundable. This home is equipped with a pool heater that can heat the water to a comfortable temperature in both the spa and pool. Please note, the heated temperature achieved by the heater, depends on a few things:
A. The external temperature. For example, if the temperature externally is 30-60 degrees, the pool heat will never get to 90+ degrees.
B. The pool is over 35,000 gallons of water. It will take approximately 24 hours for the heat to make a difference in the pool.
C. The pool heater is connected to the pool pump. As such, it does not run overnight.

2. A BBQ grill can be rented. Consider adding a BBQ grill to your reservation. We all know that a BBQ grill can bring the family together for lots of outdoor fun and food. Be sure to add this to your reservation.
Departure Details
Please note that check-out is before 10:00 a.m. If you require a late check-out, please contact our guest services team in advance. A late check-out fee of $50 will apply for any departures after the designated time.
Before Departure:
Here are a few important tasks to complete before you leave:
✅ Bag and Dispose of Trash:
All trash should be properly bagged and placed in the designated trash containers outside of the home. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee being applied to your account.
✅ Strip Bed Linens and Pillowcases:
Please remove all bed linens and pillowcases and leave them in a neat pile. This helps our cleaning team prepare the home for our next guests.
✅ Handle Damaged Towels:
Any towels that are damaged or stained should be identified and left aside. An additional fee of $10 per damaged/stained towel will be applied.
✅ Dispose of Food and Beverages:
All opened food or beverage items should be disposed of properly. Any unopened items can be left behind for donation.
✅ Wash Cookware and Tableware:
All pots, pans, cups, and plates that were used during your stay should be thoroughly washed and returned to their original places.
