We’ll take him out into the side yard attached to the Airbnb for fresh air, potty and playtime. No need to rush back from whatever activities you are enjoying in Aggieland! We’ve got it covered. With this property located in the country you get to enjoy the beautiful calmness of nature while still very close to Bryan/College Station(45 minutes) as well as Franklin (20 minutes). This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath 880 square foot home with a twin bed and couch to sleep on as well. It is a house inside of a shop so there is covered parking, places to cook outside, relax with awesome country views in the mornings and evenings. It is out in the country and on the same property as our house but peaceful it is. Sleeps four with room to run. Horses and cows are all around to look at as well.

Conveniently located in downtown Franklin, with a coffee shop and donut shop both next door. Close proximity to the Franklin Ranch Park and the Franklin Drive Through Safari and walking distance to everything throughout downtown Franklin.
