Die Südhanglage garantiert eine sanftes Wecken durch die ersten Sonnenstrahlen & Sonne bis in die Abendstunden. Cozy Apartment with tile stove in the Lech Valley

Our farmhouse is located only 2 minutes away from the village center of Bach. The farm is over 300 years old and has been in the family for several generations. Therefore it was important for us to keep the charm and character of the house. The barn was transformed into unique living space. We offer two 75m2 apartments and one with 250m2. Coziness, tradition and quality are our priorities. The farm is surrounded by meadows and you can hear the water from the Alperschonbach in the background.

Tiroler Haus (gr. Ferienwohnung mit Zirbenstube)

Sautens liegt am Eingang des Ötztales und somit unmittelbar in der Nähe von Skigebieten wie Sölden ( Gletscher) oder Obergurgl Das Skigebiet Hochötz ist in 10 min mit dem gratis Skibus zu erreichen (Haltestelle 30m Meter vom Haus entfernt) Von dort geht es auch weiter nach Kühthai. Der Piburger See und die Area 47 sind in jeweils 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Entfernung von Innsbruck: 30 Min. auf der Autobahn! Im Sommer gibt es auch einen Grillplatz im Garten, inkl. Gartenhaus und Liegestühle.

Unsere neu errichtete und mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu drei Personen auf 38 m2. Sie ist voll ausgestattet und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, einen Wohnbereich mit Schlafcouch, einen Küchen- und Essbereich, als auch ein Badezimmer. Zusätzlich bietet unsere Wohnung einen Terrassenbereich und einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Unser Haus liegt auf ca 1300 Meter Seehöhe und bietet einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die umliegende Bergwelt. Ankommen und wohlfühlen.

It is located in the heart of the Lechtal Alps with a south-facing view on wild nature and impressive mountains. It is located in the small village of Pfafflar at an altitude of 1600 m and is only inhabited in summer. Away from the road to the Hahntennjoch Pass, you can feel peace and relax in a large garden. But above all you can hike right from your front door!
