There is one large bedroom upstairs with a King bed and a second queen bed downstairs. At the end of the drive(500m) is the Karapiro domain - enjoy a short walk to have a coffee at the Podium cafe or cycle/walk the Te Awa cycleway. We are 20mins from Hamilton airport and a great location to access local tourist attractions: Cambridge 10mins, Hobbiton 30mins, Rotorua 1hour, Waitomo caves 1 hour.

Webb's B&B

We have a lovely, spacious one bedroom Apartment, with large shower and separate toilet, in the lovely quiet and safe village of Te Kowhai, with a Café, Dairy, Fruit/Vegetable and Fish and Chip shop, all within a 2 minute walk. The Apartment is self contained with separate entry and carport and plenty of parking for visitors. Apartment is cleaned to recommended COVID19 standards. Key will be left inside and the apartment unlocked. Please note our listing is not suitable for pets.

Your Hosts are quirky and fun which means this accommodation is the same. Off Grid paradise with close connection to nature and great uninterrupted views of epic Sunsets over the West Coast and Mount Karioi. We live on the property. Paulina loves to tend her Gardens and Neil is a keen local surfer. Bucket loads of fresh air and room to stretch out. The house is good for couples and solo adventurers.
