The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Koonga Maya is tucked away in the Gunyulgup Valley amongst Jarrah and Marri trees overlooking the gully close enough to the crystal clear waters of Smiths Beach which you can hear in the winter months. Our shouse has a rustic homely charm with a relaxed feel after a day of exploring wining and dining. Close to the main residence however private and quiet. The space is for Adults only and no pets. Selection of tea coffee and small breakfast items included with fresh eggs from our chickens.

Jarrah Knoll - Quindalup

Situated on the edge of a pretty wooded gully, this bungalow style home is the quintessential country retreat. It’s a perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the simple things in life like drinking rainwater, watching kangaroos graze and listening to native birdsong while you enjoy a cuppa in the morning sun. This is tranquillity central, right on the doorstep of Dunsborough and Yallingup. You’re two minutes away from all the area has to offer - if you can manage to leave the house.

Beachside air-conditioned one bedroom cottage with spacious bathroom with spa bath. Peaceful setting in leafy gardens. Just a 2 min walk to the calm waters of the Geographe Bay. Own BBQ and outside seating area. Stay entertained with Smart TV, Wi-Fi, & Stan. Pleasant walk or bike ride (bring or hire) into town (3.7kms) & easy driving to the heart of the Margaret River wine region. Please note: Does not have sea views. No pet policy.

We have now refreshed the third bedroom with 2 new beds and new pillows throughout all the bedrooms. Diamante is a 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Air conditioning in the living area, main bedroom and 3rd bedroom and a fire place for those cosy winter months. WIFI and Netflix included. Conveniently located to town, shops, restaurants, golf course, wineries, beaches and other local attractions. Ideal for couples or a family getaway.

The Black Shack Quindalup is a new designer home set up for your next perfect holiday. It is situated on Geographe Bay Road just across the street to a pristine and quiet beach, bike path and bush walk. Experience the layback lifestyle that the Quindalup & Dunsborough area has to offer with wonderful cafes, restaurants, wineries, stunning beaches, great fishing and some awesome surfing spots close by.

Peaceful block and perfect place to relax down south and enjoy the bush surroundings and view of the ocean. Located between Dunsborough and Yallingup. 5-10 min drive to either location. Nice surrounding bush walks or short drives to wineries and plenty of amazing tourist attractions. Table tennis and board games provided for inside activities.

Mulberry Cottage

Mulberry Cottage is 1 of 2 cottages we have on our small cattle farm. Mulberry cottage is in a beautiful rural setting, overlooking our paddocks and dam. It is light and airy and newly built. We are conveniently situated between Busselton, Margaret River and Dunsborough. The nearest supermarket is just 7 minutes drive away at Vasse.

Ice Cream, Sauna & Surf!

A 2 x 1 adjoining the main house. This is a completley self contained unit sharing a common wall with seperate drive way. Walking distance to Simmo's ice cream, dunsborough gym, Base BJJ & MMA Gym, Southwest provisions and more. 10 min bike ride to beach. A seperate room to the unit has a Infared Sauna and cold plunge for use.
