Quiet area, bus stops around 900 m, big supermarket around 1 km. 3 km to the center and 3,5 km to the beach. No noises while there are concerts or festivals in town. When the evening comes you can discover Pärnu's old town during a walk and end your night at the apartment with a table football, a relaxing sauna and a good movie from Netflix.

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.
