Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Great for a restful break for families with kids. The house is just a 2 minute walk from the water, surrounded by walking paths, and just a short car or bicycle ride from all the sites and activities the island has to offer. It has 3 patios, so you are sure to find a spot in the sun while the kids play in the garden.

It sits almost at the end of a gravel road, on a bluff, with direct access to the fjord from the house. Oroe is about 1,5 hour’s drive from Copenhagen, and 1 hour from Roskilde.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Nyt Sommerhus i absolut 1. række og egen strand ved musholmbugten og kun 1 time fra København. Huset er på 50m2 og med 10m2 anneks. I huset er der entre, bad/toilet med sauna, soveværelse samt et stort køkken/stue med alkove. Fra stue er der adgang til dejlig stor hems. Huset har aircondition og brændeovn. Anneks indeholder værelse med dobbelt seng. Hus og anneks er forbundet af træterrasse og der er udebruser med varmt vand. Soveværelse i huset samt hems og alkove.

Orø byder i sæsonen på en række cafeer og restauranter, en hyggelig minizoo, legeplads og børnevenlig strand. Sommerhuset ligger i kanten af en lille fredskov med fugle og rådyr. Stor græsplæne, omgivet af træer. God at lege og spille bold på. Der er en solterrasse med skønne solsenge og en overdækket terrasse, der giver plads hyggeaktiviteter. Fra huset er der 5 min. til vandet til fods til egen strand og 5 min. i bil til Orøs bedste og børnevenlige badestrand.

Du vil mærke roen sænke sig, allerede når du venter på den lille trækfærge, der på 5 minutter fragter dig til øen. Huset ligger på en stor lukket grund fyldt med frugttræer og bærbuske... 200 fra vandet.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim.
