With beautiful sunrises and sunsets, this hideaway gives you an escape from everyday life. Relax on the patio with a book, out on the water kayaking, fishing or crabbing off the dock or sitting watching the wildlife. You will never forget the views or the sight of the sailboats in for a rest from the bay.

Coastal Winns is a secluded retreat located 3hrs south of DC in Reedville, known as "The Fisherman's Town". This 5 acre property includes 2 beautifully decorated homes with views of the Chesapeake Bay & a private beach. Perfect for fishing, quiet getaways, retreats & family gatherings. Includes BBQ grills/griddle, kayaks, crab cages, 3 decks, fire pit (firewood provided), corn hole, hammock, games, picnic area, swing & obstacle play set. Boat landing 3 min drive/0.4 miles away from property.

Heron Harbor

New for 2021 heated pool open April-October. Come experience the serenity that only a waterfront home can offer. The loudest thing you'll hear is the resident heron departing the dock as you pull up. By boat the mouth of the Potomac River where it spills into the Chesapeake Bay is minutes away. In order to preserve the quiet nature of the area and our relationship with neighbors please move your guests to the water/dock side of the property by 11pm. And no outside music after 11pm.

Waterfront Cottage w Hot Tub, Kayak, Fishing

Come relax in our delightful waterfront home decorated with classic cottage décor. Sit out on one of the two big screened-in porches, go for a swim in the shallow brackish (mostly fresh) water, take a dip in the hot tub, or throw one of our crab pots in the water and enjoy the spoils of the waters off the Potomac River. Our house is situated off the Potomac on Hull Creek, which means the water is nice and shallow for little ones to play, and there are plenty of crabs to be caught!

Enjoy nature at the cottage positioned on Cod Creek with quick access to the Potomac River. Kayak, paddle board or canoe the creek to see local wildlife. There is a private floating dock on property to access the river. Enjoy fishing and crabbing off the stationary dock. Soak up the sun on the spacious deck, relax with a cup of coffee at the dining room table with beautiful views of the Rivah! Sit back, unwind a in a peaceful quiet neighborhood.

Dinna Fash-3 BR Waterfront Log Cabin

Welcome to “Dinna Fash,” our cozy waterfront cabin on the Little Wicomico River. Whether you need a change of scenery while working virtually with our high speed internet and fully equipped kitchen, or just some R & R, “Dinna Fash” is it! Bring your kayaks and paddle boards to explore the beautiful waterway that opens up to the Chesapeake Bay. Watch the boats troll by from our natural rock fire pit and comfy Adirondack chairs.

Creek cottage getaway

House address is 520 Paynes Creek rd. Down sandy road house is to the left. Last house on road. Comfortable cottage at the Rappahannock River. 1 bedroom with queen sized bed and sofa that folds out to a full sized bed in the living room. House has high speed fiber internet!! There is a dock with crab pots to use. And a dock that you can fish from. No pets allowed in house. Please do not use boat. It leaks. It's not safe.
