Our Barn Sanctuary sits on five acres of land filled with chirping birds, a fire pit, outdoor dining, and room to play. It's two miles from the beaches and walking distance from an ice cream parlor. You can Uber or bus to Down Town Newport, restaurants, Newport Vineyard, Providence or Newport Mansions. Great space for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and pets. This cozy space is very private, comfortable and newly appointed. It is a finished basement in our home so it is owner occupied but it offers a separate exterior entrance so our guests can decide if they’d like to meet us or not. We are approximately a mile from the Narragansett town beach, a stones throw from the bike path and public tennis and bocce courts and walking distance to town, restaurants and shops. Newport is just a 20 minute drive. So come be our guest!
