Our private, pet friendly location (3 acres) is the perfect base for exploring Central VI. Feeling adventurous? You could ski, surf, golf, bike and hike all in one day! If not so ambitious, enjoy a day of sight seeing, exploring local beaches, snuggle up by the fireplace. The space is a newly renovated, tastefully decorated, one bedroom basement area, in a 1927 character home. Complete with all modern appliances, as well as some antiques added to enhance its charm. The ceiling is 6 '4" ( 1.93M) so if you play basketball this may not be a good match for you. Very centrally located on a quiet street, 2 blocks from the seawall and marina, walking distance to DT shopping, restaurants, pubs, Art Gallery, Port Theater, etc. 1 block to bus stop, 2 min. drive to ferry.
