Nice balcony. 15 minutes from downtown Reykjavik with car. 3 min walk to busstop. Free car parking in front of the building. Beautiful and safe neighbourhood. Many beautiful walking paths in the area. 14 min walk to swimming pool (Dalslaug). 45 minutes drive from Keflavik International Airport.

Welcome to my new apartment! It's situated in the area called Úlfarsárdalur in Reykjavik, just 15 minutes from the city center by car. Bus station is right in front of the building. The neighborhood boasts tranquility and proximity to nature, with the Úlfarsfell hill just outside offering a scenic walk with views overlooking Reykjavik. Additionally, the nearby Dalslaug swimming pool is within a leisurely 10-minute walk.
