Hilltop Getaway

Take it easy at this very centralized, unique cabin in the woods. If you are looking for a place to get away from the noise of the city but close to everything, you will find it here at this cabin. You can observe different species of wildlife off the back deck. This cabin is fully equipped with all the necessities from W/D to coffee maker. As listed in the arrival details, please note the cabin does have a long, steep blacktop drive. It's recommended to have 4 wheel drive during winter months.

Shepherds cottage

Come get away in our beautiful little cottage in the country! Sit and enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the pasture where the sheep and cows graze. You never know what animals you will see. We are 15 minutes from Nashville IN where you can do some shopping. Come back afterwards have dinner while sitting on the porch listening to the sheep bells, crickets and watching a beautiful sunset. This room is a good value. It is close enough to Indianapolis yet peaceful, clean, quiet, and private. We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. You can relax around the fire pit table or swim and fish right off the dock. There are 2 kayaks to use during your stay. The lake is approximately 18 feet deep off the dock. Make lifetime memories with your friends and family. There is parking for only two vehicles. NO FIREWORKS are allowed at anytime.
