Our property is a peaceful oasis surrounded by trees and wildlife. It’s the perfect getaway from the bustling city life. We have put in a lot of love and effort in making our chalet comfortable and welcoming for our guests, creating an environment where you can relax, unwind and recharge. The Little Lodge is located on a 7 acre gated estate in a wooded bedroom community south of the Village of Folsom. The lodge is on the property beside the main house facing an one acre horse paddock and overlooking a 3 acre pond, dock and gazebo. We are horse friendly. Attractions nearby include; Global Wildlife Center, an Alligator farm, the Bogue Chitto State Park, old town of Covington with antique shops, art galleries, and fine dining. We are only 45 miles from Downtown New Orleans. l

Cozy Cottage on the River

Situated on 20 acres, Little Pine Farms is a serene retreat from the city. The property boasts over 700' of frontage on the Bogue Falaya River, a sandy beach, and winding paths through the woods. You will not believe that you're only 7 minutes from the heart of downtown Covington. Built in 2023, the cabin has everything you need, nothing you don't. Sit on the front porch, overlooking the pond or hike down to the spring-fed river. S'mores in the winter or kayaking in the summer. Book now!

Sunhillow Farm Getaway

This secluded 3-bedroom cabin has everything you need for your perfect Louisiana-getaway. No traffic, noise or people. Located on 220 acres adjacent to the Bogue Chitto National Wildlife Refuge, the property includes freshwater lakes, a beach, and multiple trails for a beautiful morning or evening walk. Guests have easy access to the BCNWR for deer, hog, etc. hunting, as well as canoes and kayaks. We have blueberries, whitetail deer and chickens supplying fresh eggs, when laying.
