Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

"My Happy Place" at Lake Barkley is a great opportunity to getaway with that special someone for a little rest and relaxation. Enjoy the lake views, hot tub, or the quite time together sitting on the deck. Please be aware this is a 600 square feet, one bedroom cottage and it is connected to a second unit that has a separate entrance. The hot tub is exclusively used by guests in "My Happy Place." NO BOAT DOCK at this home. (Mineral Mound State Park boat ramp and Kuttawa Marina are close.)

This cute, newly renovated little cabin apartment is the perfect spot for a couple (or a couple of friends!), hunters and fishermen to get away. This has a galley kitchen and roomy sitting area. It is a studio with a beachy flair! Bring your beach towels and kayaks and there’s room for a boat too or rent one! A 1/2 mile to many restaurants and water park. There’s also a canopy with out door sitting area.

THE RED BARN is a converted barn setup with 3 separate apartment units. This is Unit #3, the "Wildlife Retreat." This unit has a Wildlife theme with a fully furnished galley kitchen, living room, full bathroom and 2 bedroom suites. Bedroom 1 is a private queen suite and bedroom 2 has 2 bunk beds. A private entrance with a patio, grill and seating for guests in the great outdoors. This unit will accommodate 6 guests.
