Situated on the front, it has panoramic, uninterrupted sea views - ideal for both nature loving enthusiasts and for those who like to simply sit and relax. The accommodation has a double and twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, double glazing, central heating and decking to enjoy the stunning views. Newbiggin has many pubs, restaurants, shops and a beautiful promenade. You should see seals, dolphins and maybe an occasional whale from your window.

Our beautiful, perfectly situated, large seafront apartment, is set over two floors, here in Roker , Sunderland. One of the most sought after places to stay . It’s a perfect place for business or pleasure whilst visiting the Northeast of England. Close to several pubs, restaurants and amenities, you couldn't ask for a better place to call your home away from home. We have recently had several small independent eateries open serving excellent food and drink. Which I can highly recommend.

Located at Church Point Holiday Park in Northumberland, this static caravan is almost new. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and an ensuite WC off the main bedroom. Double glazed and centrally heated, it provides a cozy retreat to view the local wildlife with a clear view of the sea through the French doors leading onto the wrap around decking. This is a quiet, peaceful and friendly small site which, whilst being 2 minutes from the beach, is also 5 minutes from the local shops, pubs and many restaurants in the town. With ample parking, WIFI, a smart TV, DVD, double glazing and central heating, this is a cosy space to sit and watch the sea and it's wildlife.
